We partner with ambitious B2B brands that want marketing to drive real business growth, and we need a Strategist who can lead the charge. This is a role for a thinker and a doer—someone who’s equal parts creative problem-solver, sharp business mind, and marketing innovator.

You’ll architect marketing roadmaps that drive revenue, work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients as a trusted advisor, and guide internal teams to execute with precision. What you’ll be responsible for:

Client growth and strategy

  • Lead marketing transformations that achieve measurable business impact
  • Spot opportunities others miss, whether untapped revenue potential, an innovative approach, or a smarter way to allocate resources
  • Turn data into decisions: your strategies don’t just look good on paper; they drive results

Acting as a trusted advisor

  • Build real relationships with clients: earn trust, challenge assumptions, and help them see what’s possible
  • Keep up with what’s next in marketing, because your clients count on you to lead
  • Expand your influence through thought leadership, client and community engagement, and networking with industry experts

Collaborating, leading, and elevating the work

  • Partner across agency disciplines to turn strategies into seamless execution across websites, activation plays, campaigns, content, sales team support, and more
  • Embrace emerging tech and trends to support agency innovation, professional development, and client results
  • Commit to continuous improvement driven by data, feedback, curiosity, and creativity
  • Read the room and command attention—whether in a high-stakes client presentation or a coaching moment with your team
  • Mentor the next generation of marketers, because leadership is about elevating those around you

Owning outcomes and driving agency success

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and account profitability—not just for efficiency’s sake, but because strong financials keep smart marketing work sustainable

Qualifications that make you a fit

You don’t need a laundry list of credentials; you need the right combination of skills, experience, mindset, and drive:

  • Strategic thinker and strong leader with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • 10+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in an agency or fractional CMO setting
  • A track record of making marketing better by building new capabilities, reinventing outdated approaches, and driving measurable business growth
  • HubSpot expertise (certification required) and demonstrated results using inbound methodology
  • Confident in the boardroom and the brainstorm—you know how to articulate ideas, back them with data, and get stakeholders on board
