Job Description
- Work with clients to build and execute highly effective inbound marketing plans, and provide strategic advice that leads to continuous program improvements. Support initial plan development in collaboration with Weidert Group’s Business Development team during pursuit of a new client relationship, and with the extended team when building clients’ initial Inbound Marketing Plan & Playbooks
- Lead clients’ inbound programs to expected performance and results
- Act as primary conduit to assigned clients, and facilitate communication across the team
- Build deep knowledge-based relationships with clients; help them become effective inbound marketers and power users of the HubSpot software and platform
- Drive and own the 90-day Roadmap process with assigned clients for continued strategy development and execution
- In an agile scrum team format, serve as product owner representing assigned clients, while contributing capacity and skills to the overall team requirements
- Set clear expectations for quality with scrum team and program/relationship expectations with clients
- Supervise Inbound Marketing Specialists and/or Inbound Marketing Assistants. Responsible for providing ongoing guidance to these employees, often in the forms of ongoing feedback and coaching
- Consistently demonstrate Weidert Group Culture Code behaviors as a leader within the organization
Requirements
Experience
- Must possess a deep knowledge of inbound marketing strategy and tactics, and of the HubSpot marketing platform. These skills can be taught to the right candidate
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Marketing, Business, Communications, or comparable experience (5 years of experience in marketing). Note: A comparable combination of education/experiences and/or training may be considered equivalent
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, a plus if it’s industrial marketing
- HubSpot/Inbound certification. Additional marketing automation competency or certification is considered an asset
- Working knowledge of online CMS systems such as HubSpot, WordPress, etc. is a plus
- Strong understanding of search-engine-friendly web design and ability to make design and technical recommendations
- Competency in content strategy, content development, SEO, PPC, email marketing, conversion rate optimization, social media marketing best practices, and marketing automation (nurturing)
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and recommendations
